Our Investment Thesis

T8 Capital seeks to acquire controlling positions in established businesses with a proven track record of profitability that are facing a clear inflection point, such as, ownership or leadership succession, stagnant growth due to operational constraints, market expansion opportunity or digital and process transformation needs.

We favor companies in fragmented industries with high margin potential, recurring revenue, or expansion runway. We tailor our investment structures to the needs of the business and its stakeholders.
